Shining through a tidal wave of darkness and uncertainty, High Glow is floating somewhere between a euphoric daydream and an acid flashback. Inspired by the imperfections of life, learning from your mistakes, or making more along the way. Their sound is reminiscent of the early 90s with nostalgic undertones of post-punk, no-wave, sludge rock, and shoegaze.

High Glow formed in 2021 by Tyler Rachal & Keith Vidal and released their first EP in the fall of 2022. Andrea Tragesser joined shortly after on Bass helping to solidify their sound coined as "Sludge-Gaze". In late 2023, Keith would depart to focus on another project. Daniel Pouliot joined the group in 2024 on drums (Horse the Band, Ancestors) and since has helped to elevate the High Glow sound to new heights.

Since its musical conception, High Glow has played a handful of shows from Portland to Seattle and is actively booking for the future. They are slated to be in the studio for a new record this fall, hoping to release in early 2025.
